Ending the Day with a Rebel Yell + Recipe for Rebel Yell Chicken

At the end of the day, I’m exhausted, over stressed and just plain done. I like to take a bubble bath and just relax. What else do I enjoy? A Rebel Yell is always nice.

No I don’t mean an actual yell, although that can be therapeutic sometimes too. A nice glass of Rebel Yell whisky or a mix drink of whisky and honey and lemon. That’s relaxing to me.

Rebel Yell is smooth and delicious. It goes down quite well and is great tasting. Although compared to other name brands, it does not give the same bite. If you’re looking for a smooth whisky, Rebel Yell is made for you.

Another thing I like to use my Rebel Yell for is some delicious chicken. Check out my recipe below for some Rebel Yell Chicken.

  • 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 4 oz soy sauce
  • 2 tbs minced onion
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2-5 tbs Rebel Yell
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbs olive oil

In a small bowl, combine ginger, soy sauce, onion, brown sugar, Rebel Yell, and garlic. Pour half of mixture over diced chicken and let sit covered on counter for 3o minutes.
Heat skillet with 2 tbs olive oil and swirl around so oil coats pan. Pour chicken with sauce into skillet and cook until done and turn off flame. Pour the rest of the mix into pan and let sit on stove for 5-10 minutes. Serve over rice with broccoli and carrots or your choice of sides.
